The European Goldfinch – marked out by the vibrant splash
of red on its head – makes its summer home in Scotland,
stripping feathery down from our native thistles to line its
nest. When winter falls, these distinctive little birds migrate
to the south of Spain, settling close to the sherry bodegas
that the whisky industry relies for its supply of richly casks.

Full of the typical up front fruit which Craigellachie is so well
known for, melded perfectly with the sweet vanilla, spices
and dried fruits of the Oloroso sherry cask. Bottled at 52%
ABV, non chill filtered and natural colour, this release is
already winning big with only 345 bottles available, so grab
a bottle while you can.

Tasting Notes:
Nose ：Peaches, fresh fruit, honey and vanilla with a wisp of stewed apples and malty notes.

Palate：Warm sweet vanilla and green apples with a pinch of spice and molasses.

Finish： A medium finish of butterscotch and nice warming closure.
