Nose: Cherry, vanilla and lemon, with coastal notes, plum pudding and toffee, all underpinned by elegant smokiness.

Palate:
Medicinal and estery, with banana, sea salt and a hint of tobacco carried on balanced smoke.

Finish:
Long and smoky.
