Mey Selections Rare Cask Series – Clynelish 13 years old 57%abv 70cl

 Introducing the  aged for 13 years and matured in a first-fill European oak Oloroso sherry hogshead. This decadent and indulgent, full-bodied single malt from the Clynelish Distillery was distilled in June 2007 and bottled in Jan 2021. Non-chill filtered and entirely natural in colour, each of the 150 bottles yielded from this exceptional cask has been hand numbered.

Mey Selections, and bottle number one has been presented to the charity’s founder, King Charles III.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Dry spices, subtle sherry, maple syrup, varied spices, and a touch of oak.

Palate: Stunning throughout, with abundant delicious spice.

Finish: Decadent and indulgent, leaving a desire to explore more.
