Paloma tells the story about the influence of Palo Cortado sherry on a variety of single malt whiskies. By focusing on the Spanish connection in terms of Art and the name, Paloma means ‘Dove’ in Spanish, created something that is beautiful, timeless and tastes incredible.

This lightly peated Highland single malt whisky from Ardmore Distillery has been finished in a Palo Cortado sherry cask. Locally sourced peat from St Fergus delivers a dry sweet smoke that works wonderfully with the fruit and butter notes from the sherry finish.

Released at cask strength and aged for 13 years. Non-chill filtered and entirely natural in colour. Only 340 bottles were taken from this outstanding cask.
