Though there’s nothing Macbethean about this palo cortado finished dram, with its fruit cake and florentine aromas and never ending palate. Released at 52% this cask yielded 350 bottles. Bottled at 52% ABV, non chill filtered and entirely natural in colour.

Tastng Notes:

Nose Fruit cake, spices and oranges mix with wood and malt.

Palate Warm and sweet dried fruits, spices and candied orange. Lingering almond and Brazil nut notes.

Finish A long sweet, clove spicy finish with almond and butterscotch.
