Rongda Jiangjiu- China Red

It adopts the traditional "12987" craftsmanship, which refers to a 1-year production cycle, 2 grain feedings, 9 steamings, 8 fermentations, and 7 wine extractions. It strictly follows ancient brewing methods to ensure the liquor is mellow and full-bodied. The liquor is stored in pottery jars for a long time, taking 5 years from grain feeding to factory delivery, with a long-lasting fragrance remaining in the empty cup.

Raw Material Selection

It carefully selects Hongyingzi glutinous sorghum from the Chishui River Basin. This sorghum has a thick husk, is resistant to steaming, and has an amylopectin content of over 88%. It is paired with water from the Chishui River and wheat as raw materials to ensure the liquor quality is pure.

Packaging Design

 • The bottle is shaped like the big belly of Maitreya Buddha, implying "great capacity to contain all", and embodies the spiritual connotation of boundless compassion.

 • The bottle cap is round and smooth, symbolizing "the sky is round and the earth is square, with good luck coming one after another".

 • The bottle shoulder adopts the traditional Chinese "river cliff and sea water" pattern (commonly used on official robes in ancient China), which represents integrity and incorruptibility, as well as boundless blessings and a long life.

Taste and Flavor

It has a prominent Maotai aroma, with an elegant and delicate texture, a mellow and full taste, and a long aftertaste. It is smooth on the palate, showing the typical style of Maotai-flavor liquor.
